Camellia
The publishers of the book I'm currently working on have said they'd prefer I didn't blog about it for now, or show any of the illustrations until it is all safely printed and distributed.
So, in order to show a recent image, here's a camellia, one of a series of drawings for Fran and James' wedding this Saturday.

Hello! how lovely to have those beautiful drawings at the wedding, when you say they will be on the tables, how, on cards, as a centre piece?

Hello Penny, thanks very much, yep each one will be on a card in the centre of the table and also on a larger 'table plan' by the door with all the names of the places and guests etc.
This camellia represents Trelissick Gardens, I thought it'd be too tricky to try to show the whole place!
Nice drawing Becky, shame about not being able to post about your book, but I guess it's a paranoid old world!
Did your get your parcel?
Ooh, unfortunately I missed the parcel (always the way when I pop out for an hour) and had been repeatedly phoning the incredibly useless local sorting office for the last couple of days.
Couldn't think who the parcel might be from, silly me. So when your message came in just now, I thought "ooooh!" And jumped on the bus to the office, and hurray, thankyou so much for all the goodies! It's very kind of you and they've all survived the journey very well.
